Steps for creating a Squarespace 404 page on version 7.1

  1. Go to Pages and hit + under the “Not Linked” section

  2. Name your page

  3. Click Edit in the top left, then “Add Section”

  4. Choose a layout you like

  5. Style the copy, images, and colors (add a gif if you’d like!)

  6. Save

  7. Go to Design> 404 Page > (Drop Down) and select the page you created.
