For our custom design clients, we offer a free hour for our team to play, pull inspirations, sketch, and explore before our kick-off call. We usually assign 1-3 designers to your project, so this part is a great inspiration for us, as well as you!

We like to move fast and keep a very close eye on our budget and timeline. We don't ever want either of us to feel rushed, so we try to keep things as organized and efficient as possible. We also try our best to respond to emails within 24 hours.

We happily host our projects in Google Drive to keep our files and discussions organized. All team members also clock our time (down to the minute) with notes. You can pay online with a card or Venmo.
