    To start, we reserve a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to book your spot, then we bill by the minute until we hit all our deliverables.

    After we hit all our deliverables for your project, we can stay on for any future creative projects with tier-based hourly rates.

  • We try to keep all projects under 2 months, and we keep everything organized via Google Drive, Notion, Freshbooks, and other tools as you may need.

    We ask that from the moment a client onboards with us, they can spare anywhere from 1-3 hours a week for feedback / direction / files & assets - all the components to build your design without us doing any double work.
